Yoga Classes for Adults and Children
Sarah Dunlea Yoga offers a range of classes suitable for all levels from beginners to the more advanced. Sarah also runs children’s classes aptly called ‘Warrior Kids’ where the focus is on developing and learning yoga techniques for health & well being. All classes run throughout the week and you are welcome to come along for a trial class.

Sarah practices a form of yoga called Hatha, it encompasses many yoga techniques and styles to create & nurture well being and includes the practice of Asanas (yoga postures) and Pranayama (breathing exercises), which can help bring about peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.
Sarah will hold regular Sunday retreats in both Monamolin and Gorey. These retreats are aimed at those who prefer a slower practice with more time taken for relaxation, meditation and combining the healing energy of Reiki into the room. Healthy treats and snacks included in the morning.
